Delivered as well as overseen delivery of our top-tier services (Research Writing & Publication, Pre-submission Review, etc.) to high-value corporate clients primarily from Japan.
Achieved approx. 116% of the monthly delivery target (volume of service assignments) in FY24, peaking at 142% in Oct 2023.
Reduced the client complaint rate to <1% in FY24 from 4–5% in FY22 & FY23 by analyzing data & identifying trends from reports of previous FYs (complaints typically related to the quality of deliverables, inefficiencies in service workflow, rejections from journals, etc.).
